Copy this shape — three sentences is plenty:

What the business is — one line of context
The manual work — what, who, how often, roughly how long
The tools involved — CRM, spreadsheets, phone system, whatever touches it
Budget or timeline if you have one — it changes what I recommend, not whether I reply

What happens next: you get a plain-language reply — what I'd build, what it costs, what I'd skip in version one, and honest "don't automate this yet" if that's the truth. No call required, no pressure loop, no drip campaign.
